Today’s
Children have a high level of creativity and good sense of humour. They
question their teachers and elder peers because of the anxiety they have in
their minds, curious to know more about their external environment and things
happening around them. Their curiosity extends to the level of science, math
and even social intelligence.
Here are some of the ideas for
fostering creativity in children:
1. Provide them with the
necessary resources - Give children an ample amount of time to explore
and learn about the things where they find interest. We should also explain
them whatever questions arise. For example, if a kid is clueless on how to knot
a shoelace then parents should explain the procedure step by step and allow
them to learn themselves by giving them the required time to tie a shoelace.
2. Allow kids the freedom to
explore new ideas - Let the children enjoy the freedom to play and
make mistakes so that they can learn from it.
3. Encourage children to read
more books - Encourage your child to read more books to attain
knowledge from it. If they view TV and Mobile, they must watch something from
where they can gather some new things. Send them to places where they can play,
draw, learn to communicate with other children, read and write stories such as
playhouse or a school where such activities are conducted with the children.
